Magfest is “Scotland's biggest and best magazine event, with magazine publishers and enthusiasts coming from far and wide to be inspired by the international speakers, meet others in the industry and hear about the latest developments in the magazine world.”
This week has been craaaaaazy. My first week as a Masters student is officially done and dusted and so far I’m really enjoying it, I’ve met some lovely people and I feel like I’m in the right place at the right time. It’s a fantastic feeling, I’m not going to lie.
New content I realise that this space hasn’t been as systematic as I’d wish it was. Hopefully now that I can get more organised post summer craziness, there we’ll be more content popping up. I’ve started uni! AGAIN! For the next year, my life we’ll orbit around everything PUBLISHING. I will be trying to secure... Continue Reading →

The last few weeks were crazy; literally. I was finishing up uni and managed to somehow get my degree! The moment I got my results was super surreal and I know I won’t get over it for a while, I really thought I couldn’t do it and…I did it! Now to pass my honors...Fingers... Continue Reading →
It’s always difficult to come back to reality after a weekend well spent and this one is even harder for me as we took it all the way to Monday. We decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day properly that day as Dom was working all weekend; we’re so hipster. On Sunday we woke up and exchanged... Continue Reading →
Before I tell you anything about my adventures I just need to say this- I truly love Scotland, it’s a beautiful place full of wonders. Yes, the weather may not be the most favourable but bracing it through the rain and wind is worth the views, trust me. Two late Christmas presents were brought to us... Continue Reading →
