Director: Nacho Vigalondo. Cast: Anne Hathaway, Jason Sudeikis, Dan Stevens, Tim Blake Nelson, Austin Stowell, Agam Darshi. 15 cert, 109 mins As I’ve mentioned in one of my previous posts, I’ve been trying to get as many internships lined up as humanly possible. One of the ones I’ve managed to get is at the GFT (Glasgow Film... Continue Reading →

Weather in Scotland in the past few weeks has been incredible. I’ve tried to make the most of it and yesterday my Mum took us (all the kids) for a little road trip. She was planning this day for quite a while, she just didn’t expect she’d be taking all of us. It was meant... Continue Reading →

It’d Rather be Reading

I don’t think I ever truly realised how scary it’d be to finish uni. It feels great (or it should), I'm free, right? In reality I find myself a little lost; since I started education, year after year I knew exactly where I’d be. I liked that, I like a plan and I certainly LOVE knowing what happens next (yes, I'm a little bit of a control freak).

The last few weeks were crazy; literally. I was finishing up uni and managed to somehow get my degree! The moment I got my results was super surreal and I know I won’t get over it for a while, I really thought I couldn’t do it and…I did it! Now to pass my honors...Fingers... Continue Reading →

I promised myself I won’t go back to Uni without posting again. And so, here I am candles, music on and writing; for the first time this year. This long but much needed break from Uni allowed me to breathe again; some of you may know that so far I haven’t really found my feet.... Continue Reading →

It’s the 20th of December, the Christmas tree is now up (and it’s real!) ready for all the festivities; house is cleaned, presents wrapped…but there is NO snow. I remember all the white Christmases and I just feel it’s such a shame we don’t have any whiteness outside our windows this year. Oh well, all... Continue Reading →

First Year

I need to apologise for disappearing like this for the past month but with university, work and my addiction to How to Get Away with Murder, there was NO time for writing. The other reason is that I haven’t been anywhere interesting. The only trip since Santander was to Edinburgh to see Ewa, we were... Continue Reading →
